This must be taken care of ASAP. Must go to an oral surgeon or the ER sounds like a condition called Cellulitis. It sounds like the infection is spreading into your neck if so you may need IV antibiotics before it spreads more. The dentist will determine if the tooth can be saved.
Sorry to hear that. You need care right away. It will likely get much worse without care. The sooner you start treatment, the better. Your care will likely include antibiotics. You can obtain that from an urgent care or from an emergency room. Obtain an appointment with a dentist ASAP to plan needed treatment after improvement from the antibiotics. It is possible your current condition resulted from infection from tooth decay. It is possible you can never have another cavity. No more cavities means no more fillings, no more swollen face, and no more or toothaches.

You must see a dentist asap. The infection could spread and be dangerous.
You need treatment and likely antibiotics.
You should go to your Dentist asap so he can assess the case and find the cause.
You should see a dentist as the x-ray needs to be taken to see the cause for the swelling and the appropriate treatment can be done.
