Depending on what is found on the exam a plan of treatment can then be set up. The treatments can include physiotheraputics like low bolt muscle stimulation followed by chiropractic adjustments, just to name a couple of types of treatment.
You are sure it’s your coccyx? As the x ray supplied looks like a lumbar spine shot with the upper surface of the sacrum. I would really check the stability of your Sacroiliac joint. As the entire spine sits on the sacrum. And if not stable the entire spine has issues. There is a reciprocal motion of the sacrum and occipital. So if the two ends of the body are not stable al kinds of issues arise.
