I would call the office and ask the doctor to send me prescriptions for pain. Rinse with warm water and salt if you were not prescribed a mouth rinse.
Your dentist can give you a prescription for that. You may even be fine with an over-the-counter pain reliever like acetaminophen or NSAIDs. Whichever you choose, your pain should ease within 48 hours.
