“What is causing my pelvic pain?”
My period was 3 days late, when it came it lasted for 5 days, then 2 days later I started spotting that lasted 4 days which I have right pelvic pain that has lasted longer. I took a pregnancy test, it was negative. I have fibroids, I have had 3 ectopic pregnancies. I don't know what to do, I don't know if I should go to the ER, I don't have insurance. I just want the pain to stop. It is constant. Please advise me.

Looks like you are in a lot of pain. Go to emergency room to get checked.
