“What is causing these symptoms?”

I believe I have for about 3 years now been overstretching my muscles and ligaments and joints. I believe I have multiple muscle tears, scars, and misplacements, I live in constant agony everyday and it’s unbearable. I can’t live my life, I have been trying to seek help but I get an x-ray and they give me ibuprofen and ship me out. I need an expert opinion, I have very mild scoliosis but I’ve had it all my life and due to the overstretching only lasting about 3 years this is when I’ve really noticed the torn and strained muscles. My right shoulder pops out frequently, I can’t live like this any longer.
