Hello,

Cognitive Analytical therapy integrates Analytical and Cognitive therapies. It is a collaborative process between patient and therapist where the origins of a clients's problems are explored and addressed so the client does not repeat maladaptive patterns and learns to address emotions and engage in finding thoughtful healthy solutions. Cognitive Analytical therapy was developed in the UK by Anthony Ryle, and details of it can be found in "Handbook of Psychotherapy Integration," 2nd Edition.
Take care and remain safe.
