“What is that yellow spot on my gland penis?”
It started about 10 days ago. No pain, or rash, No burning sensation. Pressure normal, Blood sugar normal, HIV (1,2) - Both Negative. No allergy.

Very suspicious for “herpes simplex virus type 2 infection.” Actually looks like it’s a little ulcerated. Please see your primary care physician or local urgent care as soon as possible and see what they think in person. And in the meantime until it’s totally healed, which could take 10 to 14 days, you should not have any sex whatsoever.
