This is not easy. Go see a doctor, GI specialist. It depends upon how bad your Crohn's disease is.
There is no best treatment. There are different treatments for different folks. Treatment decisions are to be made after discussion with your gastroenterologist based on your severity of symptoms and the findings on GI endoscopy, the extent of disease, etc.
There is no simple answer to this. The treatment can be complicated, must be individualized, and even Crohns experts often disagree on treatment decisions. But in general, the best treatment is one that achieves complete remission of the disease, is well tolerated, has an acceptable mode of administration and is affordable given a particular patient's circumstances. Your best bet is to find a GI doctor with a lot of experience. For the most difficult cases, ideally find someone who specializes exclusively on Crohns and ulcerative colitis. These experts usually are found in IBD programs at large academic medical centers.
