I was diagnosed with a bulging disc and want to fix it. What is the fastest way to heal a bulging disc?

Take a full circle approach. Nutrition to increase healing times. Decompression with tables or exercises or both. And most importantly, according to the study published by Chironexus- 90% of Disc Herniation's, Protrusions, and Sequestrations can heal with regular Chiropractic Care defined as 3x/wk for 3 months.
Look up McKenzie exercises for bulging discs for some great ways to help heal a disc issue and any nerve pinching going on. You may also consider spinal decompression for treatment as well which helps to reduce the bulging disc physically. Coupled with the right exercises, you should have a full recovery.
First, if you have been told bed rest and heating pads, don't do it. That will make it worse. Direct heat increases swelling and inflammation. Short periods of walking, ice packs, hot Epsom salt baths, and mild stretching exercises will help, but that should be under professional instructions. The quickest way I know is to find a chiropractor that offers spinal decompression therapy in conjunction with spinal mobilization treatments. It would also be helpful if your M.D. is willing to co-treat by providing you with anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxers. FYI, medication treats the symptoms, chiropractic treats the cause.
