What is the hardest part of returning to work for injured workers?

I am a 28 year old female. I want to know what is the hardest part of returning to work for injured workers?

The hardest part for the patient to return to work after injury is when your company medical examiner disagrees with your treating physician’s medical opinion on how and when to return safely to work. That of course has to do with your work compensation claims. It is hard to resolve a dispute when it is about your body's needs and your company policy or demands. So, because you don’t want to lose your benefits, you must return to work. No one likes to be pushed for limited benefits, or to deny their claim entirely.
I hope your company has a relaxed and organized policy for you to return safely to your routine.

Best of luck!
