I am a 25 year old female. I want to know what precautions should be taken after normal delivery?

Hello, the best is to follow you obstetrician's advice after you deliver, as different women could have specific conditions after delivery that need to be individualised.
These precautions are individualized. Depending on the delivery and pregnancy course, different precautions should be taken. You should follow up with your OB to familiarize yourself with any risks that you have based on your medical history. Breastfeeding is of course recommended. The other precautions will have to be tailored based on physical exam findings and blood results.
