Avoid contact with other people so that you don't spread it to them. Keep yourself hydrated with water and or Pedialyte. Activity wise: do not overdo it, but you can do what you feel comfortable doing. COVID will make it difficult to do too much without becoming short of breath. Hopefully, your Dr gave you the antiviral medication so that you can get better sooner. This is a more serious flu-like illness. You are not going to feel like doing much. Get plenty of sleep, and enjoy some couch time with your pets and Netflix.
