“Whats wrong with me?”
I have had diarrhea for 1 month. I have felt nauseous since and I am having really bad abdominal pain.

Multiple possibilities and it seems that you need some basic tests for a diagnosis.
It could be many things. Need more information. Diarrhea for 1 month might be from a chronic problem like colitis, or it could be an extended bout of irritable bowel. See a PCP to get a basic workup and to determine if you should be referred to a GI specialist.
