Hi! This will be discussed at your pre-op appointment. Bone takes 6-8 weeks to heal and soft tissue 4-6 weeks.

You can go to the gym AFTER YOU HEAL from your ankle surgery. The type of surgery you have and the post-surgical instructions you have from your surgeon will determine when you may exercise after surgery.
It will depend on what procedure(s) are performed. I recommend you discuss this with your surgeon for your particular case.
