24 hours After extraction to be on thé safe side
Usually after 24 hours of the extraction and just rinse gently for the next 2 weeks. Hope that helps.

In general... No rinsing for the first 24 hours after an extraction. After that, gently at first, then slowly increase intensity.
You can rinse with chlorhexidine any time after a tooth extraction.
