Mucinex or Mucinex DM is very good for cold symptoms and cough and has acetaminophen for fever.
I would suggest Theraflu it has properties that will combat fever and cold symptoms. Just look for the type that closely matches your symptoms. You can also use Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is every 8 hours and Tylenol every 4. Be careful not to exceed 3000 MG of Tylenol in 1 day. This will help with fever, Other cold medicine like Mucinex or Robitussen will combat some cold symptoms. I suggested theraflu because it's all in 1 and you will not need to take anything else. It's also available in a generic version that is cheaper.
