“Which mouthwash is best for removing plaque?”
I have a plaque on my teeth. Which mouthwash is best for removing plaque?

Brush your teeth with toothpaste and you can reach all of the plaque that the mouthwash would reach. But to remove the rest of the plaque, you need to use dental floss.
Plax Mouthwash loosens the plaque on your teeth, making it easier to remove with a toothbrush and dental floss.

Mouthwash is not for removing plaque from teeth. Plaque is best removed
with a proper broshing of your teeth.

I love mouthwash. I use it every night. However, mouthwash alone does not do a good job of removing plaque. That job is reserved for the toothbrush as plaque requires some type of mechanical activity to get rid of it that swishing can't do alone. I personally prefer whatever mouthwash offers a zero alcohol variety. It allows me to swish longer and really work it between the teeth. Hope that helps!
