“Why is my acne so bad?”
I've had a serious problem with acne. It was way worse before, but it has been better with the time and some products like BHA 2% Paula's choice, some by mi moisturizer, and dove soap. I want to know what are those little and small pimples in my cheeks, and what should I do? By the way, I also stopped shaving with a razor and now I shave my beard with a haircutter.

This needs treatment by your dermatologist. Over-the-counter drugs are not strong enough.
