I was diagnosed with pericarditis. What are the treatment options?

You should investigate as to what kind of pericarditis you are having. Visit your Cardiologist. EKG, Echocardiogram should be done. Is there fluid in the pericardial cavity. And what kind. Yellowish fluid or blood. Based on proper evaluation and diagnosis the treatment should be optimistic.
