Will the pain of a chipped tooth go away?

I am a 23 year old female. I want to know if the pain of a chipped tooth will go away?

Probably not on its own. Should see a dentist to get it fixed.
It is likely that the pain in a chipped tooth will go away eventually. The more complicated answer is “depends on how big the chip is and what happened to create the chip”. Typically it means a tooth was bumped or hit and depending on the amount of force that the tooth sustained will dictate if the sensitivity will go away. It is best to check in with your dentist to answer these questions.

The ultimate answer is yes. However, how long it will take and what other problems waiting for that to occur could result in, not just in that tooth but surrounding bone and possible systemic infection depend on how big the chip is. If you have pain associated with a chipped tooth the best plan of action is to see a dental professional for evaluation.
No, it won't.
Possibly. It depends upon the size of the chip, the reason for the broken tooth and the location of the tooth itself. See your dentist for complete treatment.
