Worry of wrist fracture?

I am a 25 y.o with 205 cm height and 120 kg weight. I have started to feel a minor wrist pain during basic push-ups. After 3 days of exercise, the pain still remains. I don't want to visit a doctor because of the virus but I am worried about a fracture. There is no visual anomaly on my arm and there is almost no lack of movement capability. (Minor hardening while backward bending the wrist) What should I do? Should I wait or visit a hospital?

Without a specific traumatic injury, it would difficult to fracture the wrist bones. Most commonly it would be an inflammatory issue, especially on the back side of the wrist where there are a lot of tendons that can get inflamed. I would suggest taking ibuprofen or naproxen sodium for about a week and see if it improves. If not, you should be seen be a physician.

Without any history of trauma or overuse, the risk of there being a true fracture is extremely low, almost zero. I would let some time pass by, and use ice and a short course of anti-inflammatory medication if the pain is distracting you. (Aleve 2 tabs 2x daily with food for 5 days.)
