Orthopaedic Surgeon Questions Wrist pain

Wrist pain

It's been 3 weeks, I felt like a popping but not a bone popping in my wrist. The pain is dull and achy mostly. It's located by my thumb currently, I have also felt pain in the center of my wrist and by my pinky. It hurts more when I use it in weight and movement in certain ways. There is no apparent bruising and the skin isn't really sensitive. I use acetaminophen rarely when it hurts more than usual. I've also been icing it and wearing a brace when I'm not at work, even while sleeping. I have M.S. and rheumatoid arthritis that runs in the family.
