“Can blackish red patches around my face be due to sun exposure?”
Recently, I have blackish red patches all around my face and neck region. Could these be due to sun exposure?

Yes. Melasma Is a common skin condition which produces hyper pigmented patches of the skin which are sometimes associated with inflammation. There are also many other sun related rashes that result in pigmented spots on the skin. Usually, that is not the case. You may have a fungus causing the discoloration.
