My wife and I want to have a baby but I was diagnosed with low sperm count. Can a man with low sperm count get a woman pregnant?

Yes. If there are any sperm in the semen it is possible for a man's partner to become pregnant. Certainly the chances of pregnancy go down as the sperm count goes down but even men with very low sperm counts have occasionally fathered children. Men with zero sperm in the semen are considered sterile or infertile and cannot father children.
