No. I 1540 laser works well if done while they are still red or dusky. The sooner the better the results
Stretch marks are difficult even for professionals to treat, but there are real treatments, like professional medical microneedling, the use of certain chemical peels and the injection of skin boosters. Coconut oil will do little but moisturize your skin.
