There is no relationship between heart attack and heart rate. In other words, you can have a heart attack with a slow, normal, or fast heart rate.

Yes, you can. Heart rate abnormalities and coronary artery disease are sometimes related, it’s called arrhythmia. Not all the heart attacks will have arrhythmia.
Yes you can with the normal heart rate. Though very rare. You need to check your heart with rests& risk factors.
Yes. Heart rate is like listening to the car engine idling. If you smoke, have a family history of heart disease, elevated cholesterol, have diabetes or high blood pressure, or overweight/sedentary lifestyle you can get narrowing off the arteries. Initially you may feel nothing, and blockages can get as high as 70% before you get symptoms. Of you have any of these, seek advice from your doctor. Adjusting any of these can give years to your heart.
Yes. Heart rate to a certain extent has nothing to do with a heart attack. A heart attack is caused by a clot in one of the coronary arteries that supply blood flow to the heart muscle.
