I am a 27 year old female. I want to know if I can take a pregnancy test while on your period?

You can, generally if your period seems like a normal period the pregnancy test would be negative, if the period is different (lighter, stops and starts, something markedly different than your usual pattern) then it would be worthwhile to check a pregnancy test.
