Hematologist-Oncologist Questions Blood Clots

Do I have a blood clot in my nose?

I'm just wondering if there's a blood clot in my nose because I get these nose bleeds for no apparent reason. Is it possible that this is from a blood clot?

It would be highly unlikely that a blood clot in your nose would cause bleeding. It is more likely secondary to capillaries close to the surface in your nose. If they happen often, I would see an ENT who could cauterize these so they wouldn't continue to bleed.
No. The clot in your nose would be from previous bleeds, not causing the bleed. If this persists you should be looked at by an ENT doctor to possibly cauterize a vessel that may be causing this. A more serious cause may be that of a bleeding disorder which may be due to a variety of reasons.
