Do you have to go to therapy for this?

Do you have to go to therapy if you have nasal polyps and always have panic attacks and feel dizzy and can't breathe?

If panic-like symptoms are caused by breathing issue, then solve the nasal issue. If after solving the nasal issue symptoms continue, better to get evaluated by a psychiatrist.
Yes, it would be good to try cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help you resolve the panic attacks.
That sounds pretty horrible. It sounds like your polyps are making your life miserable. Probably your doctor is trying to treat them without surgery, but at some point, that may need to be considered. I don't know if all of your panic attacks and dizziness are connected to your polyps. You certainly don't have to have therapy but you may want someone to help you get through this difficult time - that could be someone like a medical social worker who knows about physical problems. At the same time, anyone that you can really trust who you can talk to regarding these difficulties could be really helpful.
