Does a brow lift change eye shape?

I am a 29 year old female. I want to know if a brow lift changes eye shape?

No, a brow lift will elevate the brow, taking away the heaviness of the upper lid. It's the outer two-thirds giving the illusion the eyes are larger/more open as there is less crowding.

A brow lift, properly performed, should not ever change the shape of the eye. It does lift the brow and the heaviness of an eyelid, particularly laterally. If you wish to see the effect on yourself, use one finger to raise the outer eyebrow. Only if this maneuver is exaggerated could it change the shape of the eye. I hope this answers your question.
