Hi, I would not recommend doing that at home, because you can create more damage to your teeth and gums.
They sell dental picks similar to the ones dentists use to scrape tartar off of teeth on Amazon, eBay, and many drug stores. Since it is a sharp instrument, just be careful not to damage your gums or teeth. I have seen it happen on people who got over zelous with their "home cleaning".
Hello,

I am sorry to inform you that tartar is hard to remove, therefore, you need to see a dentist to do it for you.
You can't, because it migrates under
It is not possible for you to remove the tartar where you cannot see it. You would need special instrumentation and microsonics.

The answer is simple, you can't! Tarter is attached to the teeth like barnacles on a boat. The tarter (calculus) has to be removed professionally by a Registered Dental Hygienist for it to be done safely and properly. Many people attempt to remove it at home with various means. It usually results in tooth damage or even worse, tooth loss. So I do not recommend any home remedies for tarter removal.
You can't.
