How can I treat TMJ at home?

I am a 24 year old male with TMJ. How can I treat TMJ at home?

Home treatment for TMJ can be passive muscle stretches followed by gentle biting down repeated 3-4 times. It is important to keep the chewing muscles warm. When chilled the muscles will tighten and pain will follow.
Hi. TMJ is different levels and complexity. I have not yet to see TMJ treated at home as an DIY project. I have seen plenty of attempts that failed and then had to treat them clinically with more advanced techniques. Best to be consulted before any attempts that may cause more issues for yourself.
Treating at home can be dangerous. My advice is to see your doctor to properly diagnose your issue and discuss treatment options. At-home remedies can work, but can also make issues worse.
You cannot.
