How do I practice CBT for anxiety?

I am a 29 year old female and I have anxiety. How do I practice CBT for anxiety?

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can be very effective as part of the non-pharmacological treatment of a variety of mood disorders, including anxiety. For best results, it is conducted by a train psychiatrist prior to, or as an adjunct to medications for mood stabilization. Since it's outside my area of expertise, I would recommend an evaluation by such specialist.
