How do you pop your middle back?

I am a 35 year old female. I want to know how do you pop your middle back?

To get that popping sensation to occur in the mid back, I would suggest going in to see a chiropractor so they can evaluate the position of the bones in that area of the spine and apply a specific thrust to aid the bones in moving to the proper location. Sometimes the popping sound can happen with daily motions, but I would see a professional to get them into the right location.
You are not suppose to do that yourself. You need to see a chiropractor for that. Doing foam roller for mid back helps to stretch the muscles and sometimes does adjust your mid back.
I'd recommend going to a professional who is trained in how to properly address the issue that you are asking about. When we "pop" our neck/back more often than not we are taking what is a problem on one side of the spine and although you gain relief, you have just introduced a future problem on the opposite of the spine that will need to be "popped" later. This is why we use specific techniques in our field. Hope that answers your question!
There are many ways. Here are a few examples: Sneezing, lifting heavy items, stress, etc.
Great question. When you say "pop," I think you're referring to an adjustment. Although it isn't recommended, people self adjust all the time. Unfortunately, I couldn't advise you on how to do it yourself, but we do get a lot of good movement out deep stretching so try that or go to your local chiropractor!
Hopefully this helps.
Popping your mid back is difficult usually and requires assistance. The ideal assistance comes by a chiropractor but if you cannot find one, use a foam roller and put it across your mid back area and roll. This along with some shoulder blade movements can help release the mid back joints. Also, standing or sitting while lightly twisting is also a good way to do it.
First of all I would recommend to see a Doctor of Chiropractic for the proper alignment of your back. On your own you can do several stretches like: back-of-chair stretch, chair twist, back extension, standing lumbar extension, upward stretch, standing spinal rotation, seated twist, supine foam roller twist, supine twist and supine shoulder blade stretch.
That is something you should never do. Find a Chiropractic Physician near you and have them exam you first, then decide if a chiropractic adjustment is necessary. Don't ever attempt to adjust your spine or have someone unqualified do it.
The best thing to do would be to see your chiropractor. Joints have a very close relationship to nerves coming out of your spinal cord. Too many times I've seen injuries sustained when people try to "adjust" themselves or have others do so.
You can't, but you can stretch it to increase joint mobility. Look online like at Amazon or at therabandacademy.com for a stealth roller. The only person that can effectively adjust the spine is a chiropractor.

The best way is to visit your chiropractor. Your chiropractor should take a good history and do a thorough examination to identify any underlying problems.
By getting a chiropractic adjustment ;). That’s also the serious answer, but if you’re experiencing discomfort, I like to recommend rolling on a foam roller and upper back strengthening exercises like face-pulls, rows and lat pull-downs.
Any manipulation to the spine must be performed by a trained professional, such as a chiropractor. You may perform stretches that may result in a pop. Going through ranges of motion are the best way to achieve spinal health. Forward bending, backward bending, side bending, and rotation.
