Extremity adjustment using flexion.
A licensed chiropractor or orthopedic surgeon can realign your elbow with proper evaluation
The best thing is to see a chiropractor to help you align it the right way.
A chiropractic adjustment is good to realign the elbow.
You would want to make sure that all of the bones in the upper and lower arm are aligned as those 3 bones (the humerus, radius, and ulna) create the elbow joint. If any of those are out of place then they could be affecting the motion in the elbow and sometimes creates pain or malfunction. It would need to be known if there were any injuries or traumas that occurred to the elbow or if surgery was ever performed as those may have a long-term effect.
By realigning the ulna and radius with the humerus with chiropractic adjustments.

You need to see a Chiropractor to perform an examination.
Chiropractors specialize in not only adjusting the spine, but also in adjusting and aligning the extremities. Specialized adjustments help align joints like the elbow to regain normal function.

The first thing is to find out in an examination, if it's a true misalignment of the elbow. The elbow can be complex at times
First you must assess what is wrong and how it happened. From there you can tell what type of doctor you need and treatment. The problem can be anything from a dislocation, fracture, shortening of a muscle and so forth. So mechanics of the problem is important.
Interesting question. I personally wouldn't recommend trying to do it yourself. I am sure that there are YouTube videos to show you how but there is a specific technique that a Licensed Chiropractor has learned in their studies of how the body works. Speaking anatomically, there is a lot going on in the elbow, which is why it can be a source of pain for so many. At the same time, you may be experiencing a soft tissue issue and not even realize it as it seems that the pain is stemming specifically from the elbow joint.
Best advice, find a Chiropractor that will do extremity adjusting and have them examine and decide what and where the complaint physically originates.
The best way to realign your elbow is to see a Chiropractor who adjusts extremities, which most will do.
Have a great holiday season.
After a proper exam and nothing is contraindicated, then gentle adjustments can be performed manually or with adjusting percussion instruments to decrease pain, increase range of motion, and improve joint function.
See a chiropractor specializing in extremities.
There are many different techniques to realign the elbow, the effectiveness of these techniques depend on what has caused your elbow to be out of alignment. Going to a Chiropractor who specializes in extremity conditions is the best option for you. I do not recommend trying to realign your elbow without professional help.
