We can usually rebuild enamel with composite (white filling) or porcelain veneers
Enamel gets damaged or lost for various reasons. Was it decalcification from ortho brackets, from grinding your teeth, acid erosion on the tongue side? There are lots of locations with different answers.
Enamel once removed cannot be "rebuilt." However, there are products that help remineralize enamel. One product I know of is MI paste from GC America available from the dental office.

You don't rebuild enamel, you strengthen it. Your teeth erupt with a finite amount of enamel. You loose it doing everything from bleaching teeth to drink beverages with high acid content. There are ways to strengthen the remaining. See your dentist to find what is the best treatment for your teeth
Unfortunately, you cannot rebuild enamel. Once it's damaged due to acid or decay, it's lost. The best way to slow the progression of enamel loss is fluoride, because it helps strengthen the enamel structure.
You really can not rebuild enamel. If is formed from embryonic cells and we haven't figured how to do that yet. The goal would be not to lose more enamel.
Use a fluoride toothpaste
You can’t rebuild the enamel yourself. You need to go to a dentist and let him/her do an examination and talk to you... what exactly is your concern.
