“How do you relieve neck spasms?”
I am a 16 year old male who has frequent neck spasms. They happen at school a lot. How do you relieve neck spasms?

There are many different methods to alleviate a spasm, but my charge would be to figure out why are you having these spasms in the first place? Stretching and heat with direct pressure can help but I would recommend you seek a local PT to consult as to the why. Best of luck to you.
