How do you sleep after patella surgery?

I am a 33 year old male. I want to know how do you sleep after patella surgery?

On your back with small pillow under knee and a cold pack will help
It's best to sleep in a knee immobilizer initially to protect the knee and surgery done. Depending on your surgeon's preference, you can often come out of it at 4-6 weeks post-op.

If it is a patella surgery to fix a patella fracture, you will be in a brace locked in extension while sleeping for the first 6-8 weeks.
