Symptoms of fatigue, nausea, hypersensitivity to smells, missed menses. But only way to confirm is a test.
You can't know for sure without a test or ultrasound but the symptoms are missed menses, tender breasts, nausea and fatigue.
You need to take a test if you think you’re pregnant, it is not possible to conclusively know without a test. The over the counter urine pregnancy tests are highly accurate and inexpensive.
You cannot be sure you are pregnant without a pregnancy test. You can do a home pregnancy test as early as the first day after a missed period and it should be reliable. Your doctor can do that same test in the office as well.
Hello,

Other than an ultrasound, or a urine pregnancy test or a blood pregnancy test, there is no sure way to see if you are pregnant. Certainly, no way before 20 weeks. Obviously, once you were past 25 weeks you would have fetal movement. This is why in the old days, women would show up sometimes with abdominal pain and would figure out they were in labor.
I hope that this helps.

There are lots of signs, first one being no period. Please do a urine pregnancy test.
