Al depends of length of procedure and condition of baby. There are genetics and metabolically dissease that could affect anesthesia time.
But usually in one hour.
Like all patients, wake up time for healthy babies is usually proportional to time spent under anesthesia. That is, the longer the anesthesia time, the longer the wake up time. Also depends on what types of anesthesia are chosen for the baby. You should talk to the anesthesiologist, who can likely predict for you when your baby will return to normal activity.
