7-10 hours.
Sleep patterns are different in all 3 trimesters. In the third trimester, you can get 2-3 hours of sleep at a stretch before you have to wake up to pee. Every pregnant woman should get enough sleep needed for her so that she can feel rested. Nap if you need to.

8 hours of sleep is recommended for pregnant women. Additional sleep is not necessary and 8 hours of sleep recommended for everyone. Good luck with your pregnancy.
Usually 7-10 hours per day.
