How much water should I have every single day?

I am working out everyday and I sweat a lot. What should be my ideal water consumption through the day to maintain my water levels?

Human bodies have 70% water content. If we lose fluids, one should aim to replace the amount of fluids lost depending on how much we lose at any given point in time. Generally speaking, we should be taking in at least two liters of fluid a day.
There is no fixed amount of water that is recommended. The basic concept is to drink enough that your mouth is not dry and your urine is not too dark. If you have any cardiac or renal issues, then please consult with your doctor.
