Generally, they are worn for a two week period before changing, but that can be altered a bit.
Anywhere from 7-14 or more days depending on patient cooperation.
2 weeks
Usually 7-14 days.
Aligners are "changed" every 2-3 weeks.

Aligners are required to be worn at least one week at a minimum. I have placed my patient in a single set for two weeks for difficult tooth movements.
Invisalign aligners are usually changed every two weeks, but it can vary with the case. You should check with the dentist you are doing the Invisalign treatment with.
Invisalign aligners are changed every week.

Invisalign aligners are typically replaces every two weeks. Depending upon movements, aligners can be replaced every three or four weeks. I inform patients to judge by how easy the aligner moves in and out and how easy it is to floss between teeth. I would not recommend moving faster than two weeks. Always, always save your past/old aligners! On occasion, if your teeth are not tracking, you will need to use previous aligners to get back on track.
You change aligners every one to two weeks, depending on your treatment plan.
Hello,

Invisalign just stated recommending that aligners can be replaced every week; however, they still advise that some situations they should still replace them every 2 weeks.
Hope this helps. Best of luck to you!
