How often should you get back adjustments?

I am a 35 year old female. I want to know how often should you get back adjustments?

As a chiropractic physician, I get adjusted once a month for what’s called wellness care. There’s no specific timeframe, but more of what you feel optimal about.
I personally get adjusted every week, because I want to feel and function at my best all the time. Chiropractic improves brain function, and if brain health directly controls body health, I’m doing that as much as I can. I suggest that to my patients if they are able to do so. At a minimum we should be getting checked once a month, preferably twice a month. Once a week for maintenance is optimal.
That is up to you and your chiropractor. Good spinal maintenance is getting adjusted 1-2 times per month
Many of our patients with acute conditions are treated three times per week. As treatment programs are customized for each patient, once the corrective care is completed, we would recommend retainer care: perhaps 1/week of 2x/month.
Hello,

If the adjustment is just for wellness, we can perform it every 15 minutes. If you have pathological conditions, the adjustment has to be repeated until it becomes stable -- no pain, no muscles spasm, when the back has reached the best wellness status.
Hello,

It all depends on the condition of your spine, symptomatology and health history. It can range from 3x a week to 1x a week starting off for the first 4-5 weeks. Every person is different.

Typically for a patient, it depends on a variety of factors. Once you are established as a patient, then your chiropractor can determine the protocol for maintenance care. It may range from week to week to every few months. In general, what our office does is try to determine how long you may be able to hold the adjustment without re-aggravating an injury or improve
overall wellness.
if you have a high stress lifestyle, could be weekly
This depends on your pain level and any underlying deficiencies that may contribute to your spine's function. 10 visits in 3 months should be enough to take care of most issues. After that, I recommend 3-4 visits per year to prevent future issues.
