How should I sleep to fix rounded shoulders?

I am a 27 year old female. I want to know how should I sleep to fix rounded shoulders?

It is best to sleep on your back with a flatter type of pillow. Try to strengthen the pull muscles (trapezius, rhomboids, lats, etc.) in the back and stretch the push muscles in the front (pecs and anterior delts).
I hope you find this info helpful.

Well, your best sleep position with rounded shoulders should be on your back. Use a cervical pillow for neck support. It probably won’t fix the rounded shoulder issue but it might help to not make the condition worse.
See your chiropractor for spinal adjustments to assist in correcting this problem.
Rounded shoulders are generally more of a postural issue and not something that gets corrected by how you sleep. The ideal sleep position has been studied and although the most recommended position is the one most comfortable in, there are several factors to consider. The ideal "normal or neutral" position is flat on your back. The next most recommended position would be side sleeping. This has been debated about which side is preferred or recommended. I usually say L up so you don't put the most pressure down upon the heart. Followed by R side up. Finally, least recommended are the stomach sleepers. If you want to correct rounded shoulders, you should work on the issue while awake and with a professional that is helping to correct posture such as a chiropractor or a physical therapist.
The best way to sleep is on your back. There are plenty of orthotic pillows that are out, that helps with back sleeping. But pending on your body composition, sleeping on your back may not be the preferred method.

There are orthotics that helps with rounded shoulders, (shoulder posture correctors), which will re-educate your muscles for the proper posture correction, which is recommend to help with rounded shoulders.
The direct answer would certainly be to sleep on your back on a relatively firm bed. However, there are many reasons to have rounded shoulders and most do not have to do with sleep posture. I would always recommend to have an evaluation to uncover the root cause and then come up with a process to remedy the problem.
Rounded Shoulders is a postural problem and sleeping has no effect. Exercises and posture is the most beneficial
