Remove the wisdom tooth.
You need to get the wisdom tooth extracted.
Will minimize the effects. Oral hygiene is the key to prevent major overall health problems. You have to get in contact with your Dentist and address any issues.
The only solution is to remove the wisdom tooth
The long-term answer obviously is to get the wisdom tooth extracted. In the meantime, rinse after eating with salt water or peroxide and use a brush or other cleaning device to remove the food debris. A blunt tipped syringe or irrigator can be very helpful to flush out the debris.
You should take out the wisdom tooth because if you get a big cavity on the other molar, you may end up needing a root canal or also having to extract it!
In the short term, you can get a water pic load it with salt water or a very dilute amount of bleach in it....2 drops when filling entire reservoir , and trying to flush out the food. The BEST solution is to remove the impacted tooth/teeth as soon as possible. The rinsing flushing is helping the symptoms of the problem, but not an actual solution.
In order to get whatever is stuck between your teeth out, you need to floss that area. If you wish to prevent this from happening again in the future, then I suggest removing the wisdom tooth.
For now, the impacted food will need to be removed with floss, and possibly floss picks and other dental products, such as interdental picks, which can all be found in the oral health section at your local grocery store or pharmacy.

Ultimately, the wisdom tooth will need to be extracted, but at this time, due to COVID-19, this is not considered a dental emergency, and therefore, will not be treated until the American Dental Association regulations change.
You must see an OS to extract wisdom teeth.
