Absolutely. You are never too young or too old to receive your first chiropractic adjustment. My nephew was two weeks old when he received his first treatment and patients often bring their children in to get adjusted at any age.
The child's bones are still growing and it is not a good idea to take them to a chiropractor before examining the bones in an X-ray. It can cause further damage to bones.
Yes.
Yes, it is safe to take a child to a chiropractor. They shouldn’t be too aggressive in their “popping” with a child, but gentle popping and techniques are okay. The chiropractor should be familiar and comfortable with treating children.

If the chiropractor has experience with this age. I would not take a small child. If there are any sensory or motor deficits, he may need to see an MD for check-up and X-rays first.
Absolutely! Chiropractic care is a natural, safe and effective form of health care. It is important to keep the spine in good health since it is part of your central nervous system, which is the body system that controls everything in your body. We see patients that are anywhere from a day old to 95 years old.
Yes it is safe. You may search out a Pediatric Chiropractor, who specializes in treating infants and children, for the best results.
