Low hemoglobin and tiredness?

I'm a 24 year old female. I'm so fatigued and tired all the time. I don't gain weight than 36kg without pills. I don't have an appetite, I have thalassemia trait. I'm not recommended high iron foods. High ferritin (about 450 - when 15 y.o, it should be below about 100) low hemoglobin ( 8-11), high platelets (648 should be 150-450), ALK phosphatase(427-when 16 y.o, should be below about 150), I have chest pain and palpitations. I don't know why.

How to get an appetite and not to be fatigued?

Your symptoms are typical of thalassemia.
I don't know why you have a poor appetite, but I would try eating small amounts six times daily. Red blood cells carry oxygen. Your fatigue, and likely your chest pain and palpitations are likely related to your anemia, which is there because of your thalassemia trait and menstruation limiting the oxygen carried to the tissues of your body. Your physician can try a red blood cell transfusion. You should follow that with medication to remove iron from your body.
