My mother is 65 years old and has been diagnosed with triple personality disorder. What is the cause or trigger for her condition? Can it ever be treated?

Yes, it can be treated. You need to find out what is the underlying cause of the problem. Has she had it all her life? Was she born with it? She requires psychiatric care ongoing and it's a good idea for family to be with her to help support her.
There are mary factors can cause mood changes, anxiety and depression. We offer different tests to seek whether there is problem on her neurotransmitters or environment toxin contribute to her problem. She needs to seek medical help. Don’t try to self treated.
