No. If you are experiencing pain your body is trying to tell you there is a problem. Handle the problem and then resume exercise.
That depends on the cause of your low back pain. You should seek help from a qualified health care professional who will take a detailed history and perform a thorough examination before treating. A chiropractor is a good place to start.
It really depends on what is causing your back pain. If the pain is more musculature in origin, light exercise and stretching is often helpful. If there is a slight misalignment in a lumbar or lumbosacral joint, then you must be more careful and correction of the misalignment would be best before agitating it with exercise.
I hope the information helps.

If you have acute low back pain in the first week or so, it would be more beneficial to rest, ice, and do gentle light stretching exercises. After a week or so, begin to increase your exercise level, being mindful of your pain level. A good start would be three 20min walks/day. If you continue to improve, then you continue to exercise and use your best judgment in what your body can tolerate. Don’t overdo it and you should be fine.
Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this question as it depends entirely on the cause of the back pain. For some causes of back pain, exercise could be quite detrimental while in others it can be beneficial, but recommended exercises will also vary based on a number of factors.
That depends on what type of exercises you are talking about. If it is a sport injury, then it would be contraindicated. If you are using a type of rehabilitative exercise, then yes. It may help to keep tension down and give you some relief.
No, I wouldn't exercise with low back pain, you may cause further damage. We need to examine what is causing the low back pain. It could be trauma if you recently did something, structural, disc, muscle, or something else. I suggest getting checked.
I’d be very careful as that low back pain can be a warning sign of a bigger issue. Be very careful with too much weight while doing squats and deadlifts. I like to use Foundation Training by Dr. Eric Goodman for some amazing low back relief and strengthening exercises.
No, wait until there is no pain
I recommend seeking a professional such as a Chiropractor or a Physical Therapist to assess your spine before beginning an exercise program.
